Summer is when skiers are made. Get a jump on your ski season goals with this awesome week of training with friends. We’ll work across a number of activities to improve fitness for the winter season. Whether your focused on having your best nordic race season yet, or trying to prepare for going big in the backcountry, get strong with Team OSI through sessions focused on endurance, strength, mobility, recovery, and mental preparation. Don’t wait for the snow to fall to get your ski season started right.
